I love building relationships and helping people find their next home. As a third generation native to Tampa, I know the Tampa Bay area like the back of my hand. Part of my family's tradition every year was to head to Indian Rocks and Indian Shores for a week. I love those areas so much that for the last 2.5 years, I lived there.
Over the last 2 years I have worked tirelessly to accumulate over $14 million in sales in the Tampa Bay area, mostly in Indian Rocks, Largo and in the Heights in Tampa. I love the Heights so much so, that I was one of the first people in the Heights to build a bungalow. I love the old world charm and character but didn't want the old world problems.
When staging a home, I use the past 30 years of retail and my Bachelors degree in Fashion merchandising to create a welcoming environment for potential buyers to envision themselves living in the space. While working at Nordstrom in the International mall I cultivated and maintained relationships that help my department have the Number sales in the company for 18 months in a row. Writing a thank you card is a one way that we maintained those relationships.
My strengths are staying in contact with my past, future and potential buyers. I believe in this day and time, timely, clear and concise communication is paramount and that is the way I work!
